Dashboards

Dashboards provide a user defined selection of charts and graphs for an instant overview of your Company’s performance.

Customer Web Portal

Customer Web Portal provides the user with a system that allows it’s customer to place orders, check stock, check order statuses, view accounting information, access online catalogs and download price updates over the web. All data is provided real-time to the customer. Orders placed using this system are automatically entered into Legend.

Credit Card Processing

Credit Card Processing enables Legend  to validate credit cards automatically utilizing the VeriSign credit card processing service. Cards may be entered manually or swiped utilizing the latest terminals from Ingenico.

Hand-held Scanners

Legend supports Symbol Line, Pocket PC Scanners for streamlining many business processes. Modules include PO Receiving, Inter-Company Transfer Receiving, Shipping Verification, Physical Inventory/Cycle Counts, Order Picking.

Cataloging

Legend interfaces with a number of Catalog databases which provide easy access to inventory data during the sales order process. These catalogs may also be accessed via the Customer Web Portal. A few of the catalogs supported by Legend are Wrenchead/Wrenchead Central, DCI/Catalog Rack, Federated, Activant, as well as options for your own custom catalog.

UPS Worldship

UPS/Fedex integration allows invoices to be accessed by the UPS and Fedex Shipping systems to automatically populate the customer’s name, address, declared value, and other relevant fields from the original invoice. Upon shipping completion all shipping charges and tracking information can be automatically posted to the customers invoice.
